Jason Nunn graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana State University in 2005 with a major in exercise science. In December of 2006 he finished his Master of Science degree from Indiana State University with a major in physical education with an emphasis in coaching and nutrition. During college, Jason became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). In Jason’s nine years in the industry, he has worked with a variety of clientele. They range from blue collar workers to housewives to elite division one and professional athletes. His passion is in sports performance and helping athletes achieve their athletic goals through increasing strength, speed, and agility. In his spare time, Jason is also a top-level amature strongman competitor. Here’s him in action:

After watching members of her family struggle with health conditions directly related to obesity for the majority of their lives, Valerie decided to end the cycle. She studied Exercise Science and Business at Indiana State University and her passion is helping people achieve something better than they ever thought possible. She looks forward to helping you find a better life for yourself through fitness.

Kristin Alban graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree from Elon University in 2009 with a major in Exercise/Sport Science and healthy curiosity of the human body. While at Elon, she worked at the campus gym for 3 years assisting peers and faculty alike in their fitness programs and developing a research study examining body image. After college, she has continued her passion of healthy living and perceives it as more of a journey than a destination or single choice. She looks forward to helping you start or continue along your own healthy living journey through strength and fitness.
