Brian Got Faster and Was Able to Sign a Pro Contract!
During the summer of ’09 I had the opportunity to train under Jeff McDole. My goal for the summer was to improve my strength, speed, and power. Jeff’s knowledge of both strength and conditioning as well as the game of baseball was the main reason I took advantage of having Jeff as my trainer. The program Jeff wrote up for me was goal oriented and worked well to try and reach my goals for the summer. We trained five days a week, lifting three days and speed training two days of the week.
I came into the program with low numbers coming off my baseball season but after a few weeks of training with Jeff I saw my numbers increase and get back to normal. As the summer went on we incorporated new exercises to try to reach my full potential and get the most out of the program. Jeff wanted to see my speed increase the most, because he saw that I was lacking speed and power after a few weeks of training. Once, he switched his focus to speed I saw my speed numbers increase and I started reaching my goal of what I set it at the beginning of the summer. My numbers were increasing as the weeks went by and I was impressed on how well I did through out each week. Jeff wanted to push me the last couple weeks of summer in order for me to reach my final goals for the summer. We did final testing and I saw my speed increase the most. I went from running a 7.3 second 60 yard dash to a 6.9 second 60 yard dash. In training with Jeff I was able to accomplish all of my goals for the summer and increase my level of play in baseball as well by signing a professional contract.
-Brian currently plays for the Las Cruces Vaqueros and is coming off of a great year where he led his team in many offensive categories. Brian was able to reach his goals not just by staying strict and determined in his training with me, but also by staying strict on what he put into his body outside of training. By becoming stronger, more sound in technique and having a leaner body mass, Brian was able to reach his goals and become a professional baseball player.

I have been over weight for about 10yrs, I have done it all to try and lose the baby weight. I tried Weight Watchers, The Atkins Diet, the Grapefruit Diet..I have tried it all. The Atkins Diet worked, but I gained that weight back very quickly when I was told by my doctor to stop.
Years later…after I ended a marriage, I decided I would begin to take care of myself and make time for myself for once. I joined a gym and got a trainer to help me out. I met with Jason, and have been with him now almost 3yrs.
I have now gone past my half way mark, and have reached my 50lbs. I have another 20 to go, which I know I can do it.
All I have done is watch my calories, eat less, move more, workout at the gym and work with Jason. I work out with Jason once a week and enjoy it. He keeps me grounded when I am feeling like I am falling off the wagon and having bad week or month. We high-five when I have reached a goal of mine. I have gone from size 18 (almost 20), now down to size 10, but it gives me something to work towards to know that I have gone this far I know I can keep going.
Jason has shown me that I can do things I never thought in life I would be able to do, like flipping a tractor tire several times and lifting 160lbs I never thought I had endurance but he pushes me because HE knows I can do it.
When I leave his session, I feel so pumped I feel like I could keep going, I feel so energized!! That’s when I know I have had a good work out, even when I feel like I have had a bad week, not being able to workout as much or just busy work week, I feel good after the session is over, it makes the whole week I had feel so much better
Training with Jason Nunn was very rewarding!
I enjoyed training under Jason Nunn. Jason’s knowledge of sports performance and exercise is apparent with his professional workouts that are geared towards your goals and physical abilities. I trained with Jason for two years, and during that time I never had the same routine! He makes working out a challenge, but with a feeling of accomplishment and success. Jason’s training made me stronger, healthier, and changed my attitude towards day to day life. My energy level increased, as well as, my drive and determination!
